Amatriciana Pizza


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 10-15 minutes


1 pizza base
½ cup tomato paste
50g anchovy fillets
100g salami, casing removed and sliced into rounds
1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
3 sprigs thyme
100g baby bocconcini, torn
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
25g rocket leaves, to serve
4-5 basil leaves, to serve


Step 1
Spread tomato paste over the top of the pizza base, layer anchovies, salami, fresh chilli, oregano, thyme leaves, bocconcini and cherry tomatoes on top.

Step 2
Place pizza onto the plate of the Ozpig, cover with a wok and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.

To serve, top with fresh rocket and basil leaves.
