Beef Burgers

SERVES 3

INGREDIENTS

For the patties;
250g beef mince
250g pork mince
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp onion jam
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp fennel seeds
¼ cup bread crumbs

For the burgers;
3 brioche buns
Ashgrove bush pepper cheese
Dill pickles
Rocket leaves
Onion jam

METHOD

Step 1
Add pork mince, beef mince and salt to a bowl. Bring together with fingertips. Add remaining ingredients and knead together. Roll into bun size burgers.

Step 2
Place burgers into a pan over medium heat, sauté for 3-5 minutes on each side.

To serve, layer burger by placing the patty down first and top with cheese, onion jam, rocket leaves, dill pickles and top with brioche buns.
