Lettuce in Buttermilk Dressing

⅓ cup Meander Valley buttermilk
⅓ cup Meander Valley créme fraiche
1 garlic clove, finely diced
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra to serve)
½ bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
1 small lettuce
In a medium bowl, add buttermilk, créme fraiche and garlic. Whisk together until well combined. Add in parmesan cheese, fresh dill and a pinch of salt, gently mix until combined.
To serve, place lettuce leaves onto a plate and drizzle over dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
