Oysters and Wakame


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 5 minutes
SERVES ½ dozen oysters


½ dozen fresh oysters
2 tbsp Pukara olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 lemon

To serve;
Bunch of shiso
Pinch of wakame flakes


Step 1
In a small bowl combine olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.

To serve, place oysters on a plate and top each oyster with the dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of wakame flakes and shiso.
