Pan Seared Tuna with Zoodles


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 2 minutes


100g tuna fillet
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp Pukara olive oil
1 zucchini
2 tbsp asian dressing (refer to recipe for Asian Dressing on the website!)


Step 1
Coat tuna with oil and roll in sesame seeds, ensuring the whole fillet is covered.

Step 2
Add into a pan over medium to high heat and sear on each side for 35 to 45 seconds. Once cooked, slice tuna into thin slices.

Step 3
Use a spiralizer to make zoodles.

To serve, place zoodles into a bowl, top with sliced seared tuna and drizzle with asian dressing.
