PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes
1 cup speck, diced
5 garlic cloves, finely diced
1 ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 cups Barilla penne pasta, cooked to packet instructions
Grated pecorino cheese, to serve
Into a hot pan, add speck, garlic and chilli flakes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until aromatic. Add tomatoes and simmer until it forms a thick sauce, approximately 5 minutes. Toss through penne.
Serve with fresh grated pecorino cheese.
