150g Barilla spaghetti
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
150g parmesan cheese, grated
100g bacon, chopped
4 macadamia nuts
1 tbsp Tasmanian cracked pepperberry
100ml Pukara olive oil
Tasman sea salt
Add pasta to a pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt and leave until al dente.
Sauté garlic in a pan with oil before adding bacon.
Once pasta is al dente, add into pan with garlic, bacon and a splash of pasta water.
Add parmesan and eggs into a bowl and mix together well before adding into pan with pasta, cracked pepperberry and a pinch of salt and mixing together.
Once mixed together, serve with grated macadamias over the top.
