70g Ashgrove unsalted butter
2 tbsp white sugar
250g plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 cup caramelised pears
1 tsp icing sugar
Add eggs, butter, buttermilk and sugar into a bowl and whisk together.
Add flour and baking powder to a bowl and mix together well before adding into bowl egg mixture.
Stir together carefully for approx 10 seconds until flour is mixed in.
Scoop batter onto a pan and cook. Turn until fluffy.
Once fluffy, plate up with whipped cream, caramelised pears and icing sugar on top.
