300ml Ashgrove cream
300ml Ashgrove milk
¼ lemon, juice
Add cream and milk into a pot on a medium heat, and heat up to approx 80-90ºC to a light simmer.
Once at approx 80-90ºC add in lemon and strain into bowl. Cool to room temperature.
Once at room temperature, place into the fridge for a few hours to set.
