Pasta with Olives and Capers


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 20 minutes


4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 drizzle Pukara olive oil
1 small handful flat leaf parsley
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
250g Barilla spaghetti
3 tbsp kalamata olives, pitted + roughly chopped
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated


Step 1
Place garlic into an oiled pan on a medium heat.

Step 2
Roughly chop parsley and add in pan with garlic.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a boil before adding salt and spaghetti.

Step 4
After a few minutes add olives and capers to the spaghetti.

Step 5
Once spaghetti is almost cooked, add to pan with a small amount of water from pot and stir together well.

Step 6
Once stirred, plate pasta up with parmesan cheese and a few sprigs of parsley over the top.
