Pork Carbonara

INGREDIENTS

500g pork belly, precooked, cut into cubes
Pukara olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
200g Barilla fusilli pasta, precooked
4 eggs
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp Tasman sea salt
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

METHOD

Step 1
Place pork belly and garlic into an oiled pan and leave to cook for approx 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add eggs, pepper, salt and parmesan cheese into a bowl and whisk together well.

Step 3
Once whisked together, add into pan with pork belly and pasta and gradually stir and toss until cooked. Serve up with a pinch of salt and pepper over the top.
