PREP TIME 20 minutes
COOK TIME 5 minutes
1 cup Four Roses self raising flour
1 fillet pink ling, sliced into goujons
2 potatoes, parboiled and sliced
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup soda water
Tasman sea salt
Add ice cubes, soda water, flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix together.
Lightly coat pink ling and potatoes in self raising flour before coating them in the bowl of batter.
Once coated, place into a pot of hot oil for approx 2-3 minutes until cooked.
Once cooked, serve up with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
