Tikka Masala with Raita


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 30 minutes


Pukara olive oil
1 cucumber, deseeded + diced
½ cup greek yoghurt
2 tbsp mustard seeds
¼ bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1kg chicken
1 packet Street Kitchen Kashmiri Tikka Masala


Step 1
Cook chicken (or meat of choice) and other components of the Street Kitchen kit to packet instructions.

Step 2
For the raita, place mustard seeds into a hot oiled pan and leave until they pop.

Step 3
Once mustard seeds have popped, place into a bowl with mint, cucumber and greek yoghurt and mix together well before serving with tikka masala.
