Abalone Tagliatelle


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 6 minutes


200g Barilla tagliatelle
1 abalone, thinly sliced
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 lemon
2 tbsp Pukara olive oil
Pinch of Tasman sea salt


Step 1
Place tagliatelle into a pot of salted boiling water and boil for 6 minutes.

Step 2
Coat abalone in 1 tbsp olive oil, place evenly across a hot pan. Add salt, chilli flakes and another 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3
Add roughly strained pasta, along with lemon juice to the pan, stir to combine.
