Apple Pancakes

COOK TIME 10 minutes


¾ cup Four Roses self raising flour
¼ cup caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder
⅔ cup Ashgrove full cream milk
50g Ashgrove butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 granny smith apple, grated


Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then make a well in the middle and add in the egg, milk, vanilla and melted butter. Fold together until it's just combined, being careful not to over stir. Lastly add in the grated apple and gently fold in.

Step 2
In a pan over a low to medium heat add in some of the batter. Turn the pancake over once it starts to form bubbles on top. Repeat this step until all the batter has been used.
