Joel's Chocolate Mousse
PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes
100g 70% cocoa chocolate, roughly chopped
¼ cup whipped cream
1 tsp chocolate shavings
In a small pot, bring water to the boil. Once boiling, pour over chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Place bowl over another bowl of ice water, using an electric whisk, whip chocolate and water until the mixture thickens. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
