Bacon, Pepper and Three Cheese Tortellini

Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini
100g smoked bacon, diced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
½ tbsp peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp dijon mustard
200g Meander Valley crème fraiche
75g Ashgrove peppercorn cheddar cheese, grated
Add pasta to a pot of well salted boiling water. Cook for approximately 8 minutes.
Add bacon, chilli and garlic to a hot pan. Cook until fat begins to render, approximately 3-5 minutes. Add peppercorns, dijon mustard, crème fraiche and cheese, stir until well combined. Add in the pasta, along with 2-3 tbsp of pasta water, stir until sauce begins to thicken and pasta is coated.
