Pork Belly and Pineapple Stir-fry


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 20 minutes


500g pork belly, cut into cubes
½ pineapple, trimmed and diced
2 red chillies, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
2cm knob ginger, thinly sliced
1-2 garlic cloves, sliced
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
¼ cup light soy
1 tbsp malt vinegar


Step 1
Place a wok over the flame of the OzPig, add the pork belly and fry for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2
Add pineapple, chilli, shallot, ginger and garlic to the wok, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, fish sauce, light soy and malt vinegar, simmer until sauce thickens, approximately 5-10 minutes.
