Baked Brie with Honey and Walnuts


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 5 minutes


1 wheel of brie
50g walnuts
1 tbsp honey
3 sprigs thyme, leaves only
Sourdough loaf, sliced
2 cloves garlic
Pinch of salt


Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place cheese in an ovenproof dish and cover with walnuts, honey and thyme. Place into an oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Step 2
Toast each slice of sourdough in a griddle pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cut cloves of garlic in half and rub over each slice.

Serve baked brie straight from the oven.
