Cherry, Choc and Salted Caramel

2 generous tbsp Meander Valley double cream
1 cup strawberries
1 cup cherries
2 tbsp salted caramel
5-6 chocolate ripple biscuits
Edible flowers, to garnish
Roll cut the strawberries into quarters and cut the cheeks off the cherries.
To serve, spread salted caramel onto the bottom of a plate and top with cream, strawberries and cherries. Crumble choc ripple biscuits over the top and garnish with your favourite edible flowers. Finish with a few extra drops of salted caramel.
