Beef Cheek Sliders
PREP TIME 5-10 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes
SERVES 2 or 4
200g shredded braised beef cheek
4 brioche sliders, sliced in half
2 cups slaw mix
¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise
½ cup avocado puree
½ cup cheddar, grated
Place brioche buns cut side down onto a pan over low to medium heat, toast until bottoms start to brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
Remove buns from the pan and add braised beef cheeks. Simmer until warmed through, approximately 10 minutes.
Add slaw mix and kewpie to a bowl, stir until slaw is well coated.
To assemble, fill each bun with slaw mix, beef cheek, avocado and grated cheddar.
Pair with a glass of Clover Hill Pinot Noir.
