Lime and Raspberry Sherbert

INGREDIENTS

Lime sherbet;
4 tsp lime crystals
2 tsp citric acid
1 tsp bicarb soda

Raspberry sherbet;
4 tsp freeze dried raspberries
1 tsp icing sugar
2 tsp citric acid
1 tsp bicarb soda

METHOD

Step 1
In a pestle and mortar, add all ingredients and grind together.
