Oysters Kilpatrick


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes


2 dozen oysters, in their shells
Tasman sea salt, to serve

For the topping;
40ml BBQ sauce
40ml worcestershire sauce
40ml tomato sauce
20ml kecap manis
20ml sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup bacon, diced


Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2
Place oysters on a wire rack and add a heaped teaspoon of the topping mixture over each oyster. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes.

Serve oysters over a bed of salt.
