Prawn and Chilli Pasta

COOK TIME 5 minutes


100g Barilla spaghetti, cooked to packet instructions
150g Ashgrove butter
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (refer to recipe on the website!)
2 fresh red chillies, sliced
400g prawn meat
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
Fresh chervil, to serve


Step 1
In a pan over medium to high heat, add butter and sauté until it starts to burn, approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2
Add garlic, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce, fresh chillies and prawn meat. Mix together and allow to sauté for 5 - 10 minutes, or until prawn meat is cooked. Add  spaghetti and a pinch of salt.

Garnish with fresh chervil.
