Rice Pudding with Apple Berry Jam


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 20 minutes


500ml milk
1 vanilla bean, halved and seeds scraped
100g arborio rice
65g caster sugar

To serve;
1 tbsp apple berry jam (refer to Apple Berry Jam recipe on the website!)
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
Drizzle of Pukara lemon oil


Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, add milk, vanilla bean and seeds. Bring to a near boil and add in rice and sugar.

Step 2
Reduce to a low to medium heat and simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is soft and mixture is thick.

To serve, top with jam, salt and a drizzle of lemon oil.
