COOK TIME 30 minutes
Pukara olive oil
5 chicken thighs
5 spring onions, sliced into rounds
3 cloves garlic, roughly sliced
1 cup vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
3 bay leaves
1 tsp black peppercorns
Place chicken thighs into a hot oiled pan and turn over until both sides have browned.
Once chicken is browned, add vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, spring onion, chilli, bay leaves and peppercorns before turning chicken over and cooking for approx 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked and sauce is reduced.
