Beans & Greens Taco


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes


1 bunch kale
Pukara olive oil
Tasman sea salt
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 red chilli, thinly sliced
1 tin Old El Paso black beans, strained
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ lime, juice
½ avocado, diced
¼ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
Old El Paso mini tortillas


Step 1
Add garlic and chilli into an oiled pan for approx 4 minutes before adding beans and stirring until heated through. Once heated through, remove from heat.

Step 2
Once removed from heat add onion, lime juice, avocado and coriander and stir together well.

Step 3
Once stirred together, cover kale with oil and a pinch of salt and place onto a char grill for approx 1-2 minutes each side before removing, shredding and mixing into pan.

Step 4
Place tortillas onto char grill for approx 1 minute before removing, and serving with mixture from pan.
