Ben's Flu Cure


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 25 minutes


1 chicken breast, sliced
1 handful cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
2 cloves garlic
1 chorizo, thinly sliced
2 cups chicken stock
1 packet vermicelli noodles
1 chilli, roughly chopped
1 shallot, roughly chopped
¼ lime, juice
1 large pinch brown sugar
1 drizzle Pukara olive oil
1 large pinch Tasman sea salt


Step 1
Blitz tomatoes, chorizo, garlic, chilli, shallot, brown sugar and salt before adding into a pot on medium heat with a drizzle of oil.

Step 2
Mix together until it becomes aromatic then add in chicken breast and leave on heat until chicken is cooked.

Step 3
Once chicken is cooked add in stock, noodles and lime juice and stir. Heat up for approx 5-10 minutes.
