Breakfast Tacos

COOK TIME 10 minutes
SERVES 3-4

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Old El Paso gluten free tortillas
4 eggs, whisked
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp Old El Paso chili spice mix
½ avocado, sliced
Tasman sea salt
1 tsp sriracha hot sauce

METHOD

Step 1
Place tortillas into a hot pan and leave until toasted before removing and placing inside of a tea towel.

Step 2
Add eggs, sour cream and chili spice mix into a bowl and mix together well. Pour egg into a hot pan and stir together until almost cooked before removing from heat and stirring again until cooked.

Step 3
Once cooked, serve with avocado, sriracha, tortillas and a pinch of salt.
