Chicken Stroganoff


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes


3 cloves garlic, finely diced
2 brown onions
1 tsp paprika
3 swiss brown mushrooms, cut into chunks
50g butter
2 tbsp tomato paste
25ml worcestershire sauce
400g Nichols chicken breast, cut in strips
200g sour cream
1 lemon, juice
1 pinch parsley


Step 1
Place pan over medium heat and add olive oil, garlic, onions, paprika and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes before adding butter.

Step 2
Once butter is added, stir and sauté for a further 5 minutes.

Step 3
Add tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, salt and and chicken and leave until chicken is cooked.

Step 4
Once chicken is cooked add sour cream and lemon juice and stir to combine before serving with fresh parsley leaves.
