Chocolate Mousse


PREP TIME 2 minutes
COOK TIME 1 hour 10 minutes


2 cups Ashgrove milk
3 tbsp sugar
170g dark chocolate
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp triple sec


Step 1
Add milk, sugar and chocolate into a pot on a medium heat and stir until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Step 2
Once chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved add cornflour and triple sec and stir well before putting into the fridge to thicken.

Step 3
After approx 60 minutes when mixture is thickened, pour mixture into isi whipper and whip and shake well before serving up.
