Coconut Prawns

Old El Paso taco spice mix
Four Roses plain flour
12 prawns
3 eggs, whisked
2 cups shredded coconut
1 lime, cut into wedges


Step 1
Add 1 part taco spice mix to 1 part flour to a bowl before mixing together and adding prawns until coated.

Step 2
Once coated, add prawns into egg mixture and stir around well before coating in shredded coconut.

Step 3
Once coated in shredded coconut, place prawns into a pot of hot oil and leave for approx 2 minutes until cooked.

Step 4
Once cooked, serve prawns with lime wedges.
