Kingfish Crudo with Radish Salad

COOK TIME 3 minutes
½ fillet kingfish, sliced thinly
2 wasabi leaves
3 black radishes, sliced thinly
3 purple radishes, cut into wedges
½ plum, sliced thinly
1 tbsp French dressing
Tasman sea salt
1 pinch black salt
4 pea tendrils
Place black radish and purple radish into a bowl with french dressing and a pinch of salt before mixing around until coated.
Once coated, serve with plum, avocado, wasabi leafs, kingfish, black salt, french dressing and pea tendrils on top.
