Grilled Corn with Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS

8 baby corn
25g miso butter
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp cheddar cheese, grated
Tasman sea salt

METHOD

Step 1
Preheat sous vide water to 100ºC. Place baby corn into a vacuum sealed bag with miso butter and vacuum seal before placing in water for approx 45 minutes.

Step 2
After approx 45 minutes, remove corn from bag and place onto a char grill for approx 5 minutes until charred.

Step 3
After approx 5 minutes when corn is charred, serve on a plate on top of peanut butter with cheese and a pinch of salt on top.
