PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 15-20 minutes
60g dark chocolate
60g unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp Four Roses plain flour
Preheat oven to 215ºC. Add chocolate and butter into a bowl before placing over a pot of boiling water and stirring together until melted.
Place eggs and caster sugar into a stand mixer and stir together until mixture becomes white before adding melted chocolate and stirring together again.
Once combined, add flour and stir together until just combined.
Coat ramekins with butter and dust with flour before adding mixture and placing into the oven for approx 6-7 minutes.
After approx 6-7 minutes, remove from oven and serve with raspberries and a sprinkle of caster sugar on top.
