Quick Tiramisu


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes


1 shot coffee
1 shot coffee liqueur
3 tbsp brown sugar
250g cream
250g mascarpone
¼ cup icing sugar
1 stick vanilla
8 lattice biscuits
1 plum/apricot, sliced


Step 1
Add coffee shot, coffee liqueur and brown sugar into a pot on a medium heat and leave for approx 2 minutes before removing from heat.

Step 2
Add cream, mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla to a bowl and mix together until at a soft peak. Place into a piping bag and pipe on top of lattice biscuits with plum/apricot. Drizzle coffee syrup over the top.
