Red Wine Jelly

COOK TIME 5-10 minutes
SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup red wine
¼ cup sugar

METHOD

Step 1
Add red wine and sugar into a pot and heat up to 114ºC.

Step 2
Once at 144ºC, pour into a bowl and place into the fridge until set.
