Salmon Fish Cakes


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 10-15 minutes


½ red onion, diced
2 spring onions, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic
1 red chilli, roughly chopped
1 fillet salmon, roughly chopped
1 tsp Tasman sea salt
2 packets Old El Paso crispy chicken spice mix
8 tbsp Pukara olive oil


Step 1
Place red onion, spring onions, garlic, chilli, salmon and a pinch of salt into a food processor and blitz together well until fully combined.

Step 2
Once fully combined, roll mince into even sized patties before coating in crispy chicken spice mix and placing into an oiled pan until cooked.
