PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 3 minutes
1 cup mussel meat
½ cup corn flour
½ cup plain flour
1 ½ tbsp ginseng spice mix
1 cup soda water
½ cup ice cubes
Add corn flour, plain flour and spice mix into a bowl and mix together.
One mixed together, dust mussels in flour and sit aside.
Add soda water and ice cubes into bowl before mixing together and leaving for approx 2 minutes.
After approx 2 minutes, coat mussels in batter and place into a pot of hot oil for approx 2-3 minutes until cooked.
