Charred Broad Beans


PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes


1 handful broad beans
2 pinches smoked chilli sea salt
1 lemon cheek, juice


Step 1
Turn on teppanyaki plate and bring it up to a high heat.

Step 2
Place broad beans on top of teppanyaki plate until one side is charred before turning over and charring on the other side.

Step 3
Remove broad beans from heat and place in bowl. Add in smoked chilli salt and toss to combine.

Step 4
Serve with a drizzle of lemon juice over the top.
