Cheese Tortellini


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 20 minutes


1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 drizzle Pukara olive oil
150ml white wine
1 ½ cups water
2 tbsp beef stock
½ packet Barilla tortellini
50g Robur Farm herb and garlic chèvre
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
100g mature cheddar, diced


Step 1
Add onion, garlic and oil to a pan and stir together.

Step 2
Add white wine and reduce by half, before adding water and stock and leaving for a few minutes.

Step 3
Once at a boil add pasta, crème fraiche and a pinch of salt and stir together.

Step 4
Once pasta has thickened, serve up with a sprinkle of grated cheddar over the top.
