400g chickpeas, drained + dried
Drizzle Pukara olive oil
2 red chillies, sliced thinly
½ lemon, zest
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
Add chickpeas to an oiled pan and fry for a few minutes.
Add chillies to pan with lemon zest and cook for a few minutes.
Once cooked add to a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix together well.
