Grilled Steak Tacos


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes


500g skirt steak
1 packet Old El Paso regular flour tortillas
1 red capsicum, diced
1 tbsp Pukara olive oil
1 cob corn, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 lime, juice
¾ cup American yellow mustard
2 tbsp tequila
1 ½ tbsp Old El Paso chilli spice mix


Step 1
Add capsicum, corn, spring onion, avocado, chilli spice mix, a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, lime juice and tequila into a bowl and mix together.

Step 2
Place steak onto a hot oiled pan and cook for approx 2 minutes on each side before removing from pan and sitting to rest for approx 2 minutes.

Step 3
Place tortillas onto a hot pan and lightly toast.

Step 4
Once tortillas are lightly toasted, remove from pan and spread a spoonful of mustard in the middle before adding salsa and steak on top.
