Green Eggs and Ham

COOK TIME 10 minutes


4 slices pork belly, precooked
3 eggs
1 tbsp double cream
1 tbsp Barilla pesto
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
2 spring onion, finely chopped
6 sprigs coriander
6 sprigs parsley
6 sprigs dill
3 sprigs chervil


Step 1
Place pork into a pan on a medium heat.

Step 2
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl with double cream, pesto and salt and whisk together well.

Step 3
Once pork has heated up, remove from pan and add in egg mixture with spring onion, coriander, parsley and dill.

Step 4
Once cooked plate up with pork and a few sprigs of chervil on top.
