Tortilla Espagnole


PREP TIME 10 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes


1 onion, thinly sliced
Drizzle Pukara olive oil
4 eggs
100g Kettle style crisps
1 pinch Tasman sea salt


Step 1
Add onion to an oiled pan with salt and cook for approx 5-10 minutes until soft.

Step 2
Add eggs to a bowl and whisk together before adding in cooked onion and potato crisps. Mix together.

Step 3
Once mixed together, add into an oiled pan and mix around. Leave to cook for approx 1-2 minutes.

Step 4
After approx 1-2 minutes of cooking, using the pan lid, flip it over and cook on the other side for a further 1-2 minutes before plating up.
