Pea, Ham and Brussels Pasta

COOK TIME 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 cloves garlic, sliced
200g bacon, diced
150g brussel sprouts, cut in half
200g frozen peas
Tasman sea salt
2 tbsp Pukara olive oil
2 tbsp crème fraiche
200g Barilla farfalle, precooked

METHOD

Step 1
Add garlic and bacon to an oiled pan and cook for approx 2-3 minutes before adding brussel sprouts cut side down and cooking for a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 2
After approx 1-2 minutes, add farfalle and a pinch of salt before stirring together well and serving with crème fraiche on top.
